1.) if she would be that close to ur friend while she has a bf, chances are, shes got commitment issues..
2.) shes prolly just gettin bored with her bf and wants to have a lil fun by leading ur boy on.
BUT..
3.) she might be doubting her current relationship and is really into "joe" ..
4.) in the end, only "joe" will know how sincere she is..
