Am I missing something? How is it that Blues have a shot at Presidents when we have the tie breaker on wins no?

in regards to skinny's comment earlier, last year i was hoping for the finals to be against Tampa because of their style of play and generally loose defense heh. oh well

Noir, wins is based on Regulation and Overtime wins. S/O wins do not count as part of the tie breaker.

It's been explained 1000000 times but here we go again...Tie breaker goes by ROW. ROW = Regulation and Overtime Wins.
Shoot-out wins do not count.
Therefore, St.Louis has the tiebreaker!!!!!!!!

NYR vs Ottawa is a good series if Ottawa can bring their A game and Anderson can stand on his head. I can see Ottawa beating NYR.
Bostn vs Washington is also another great series. Either team can win if Washington can bring their A game or Thomas can do what he has shown he can do.
Pitts vs Philly nuff said.
I'm undecided about Florida vs NJD.

I think Devils are a real sleeper in the playoffs this year, and I definitely don't see them having trouble with Florida.
