I stayed at the Silver Cloud Inn in Bellevue, pretty good prices, and has underground parking.

The Moore Hotel - $100/night.
It's right by Pike Place , very close to EMP. 20/25min walk to Safeco.

nice im thinkin of goin down bellevue and stayin there for a night. havent done it before, any tips on where to go, like shop and places to look at?
So far my plan is to go Seattle Premium Oulets and Bellevue Square Mall. Should I directly drive down to Bellevue first and do shopping there and spend the night there and then come back to Seattle Premium Oulets?
Whats your guys' routine?
