You log in, it will redirect to main page, there is a blue button at the centre saying Get your Sample or something.
Click on it
It will ask you a few question.
Base on your answer and your profile like your age
It will let you select samples available.
I answered Radio Buttons (Yes), Check Boxes (Other)

Every single time deals have game out I have had 2-3 shipped to my hosue but under a different email. Even under the same name.
