Yes you're allowed to bring a dozen rolled joint only if they are under 1 gram each. Thailand you are allowed up to 3 grams each.

$30-40 for 1/8, $40 is on the high side.

Weed prices haven't really changed at all to be honest. Been smoking for 16 years give or take and I've always remembered them being about the same.
