Honestly, after you cut out the fapping, you will find approaching women easier...and your performance in the gym will spike. I don't think I missed a day in the gym in May? I also set a few PR's

^ please read previous posts about how sex and fapping is not the same.
sex vs fapping: sex involves two people
fapping is stimulation with mind and physical
porn is stimulation (usually with computer) which is much more deeper cause you're not just fighting off fapping but you're also refraining from tempations with internet.
it's like not going on FB for a full month.. give that a try.

did no FB for a month... at first it was hard, then it got easier... i even extended it to 2 and a bit months... finally stopped because FB is just too convenient a socializing tool
i'd imagine no fap month to be similar... might give this a try in the future
props jayare, no easy feat
