I took the picture a bit too early but the guy and his gf saw me laughing at it before hand and I didn't want to be caught in the act of taking a picture lol it had spinners on it as well my mirror was covering it.

Yeah that's the one. The one I saw was for the 2nd generation CRX, but it seems that the convertible is based on the Civic hatch.
Might have chucked out the mag, I remember it was one of those newsprint-type publications that Lordco had a stack of in their stores.
