just do a regular doping test on a couple of users and see if they have it in their system...

Krill oil is good shit, but expensive. Salmon oil is good, but the omega 3 concentration is very low already. Fish oil is the sweet spot. for a high dose of DHA a day, with a good concentrate you are looking at 4-6 caps a day (with non concentrate, more like 12-13). With salmon oil it's up in the 20 cap a day range to reach the theraputic dose.

Krill is good, but you're right,pricy...get it here for cheap, lot less like 10-20 dollars cheaper then local stores.
Now NEPTUNE KRILL OIL 1000MG ENTERIC COATED - 60 SOFTGELS (PLUS BONUS ORGANIKA COQ10 60MG 40CAPS) - BOGO Deals - OMEGA OILS + ESSENTIAL FATS - OMEGA OILS + ESSENTIAL FATS - National Nutrition
or you can just eat a shitload of wild salmon.

You'd have to eat 5x as much salmon oil to get the same amount of omega 3 as fish oil.

Could add crystal light to it
Blender bottle helps, shake then wait 2 min and shake again

I was going to answer your PM but forgot.
Add it to a pre-existing BCAA drink, like Xtend. Because the typical 5-7g dosage these drinks give is useless anyway, what you are doing is turning it into a good 10-14g dosage instead, for a fraction of the price of using 2-3 scoops of pure product.
Xtend works well with 1 scoop and an added 6-8g of bcaa. There is enough flavour to mask it.
Universal Atomic 7 isn't strong enough to mask a big scoop of pure BCAA.
The key ingredients that cut bitter flavours are citric and malic acid. Look for something that contains one of those.
To mix it, use a blender bottle. I fill it almost to the brim for 1 scoop of xtend + bcaa
I got a sample pack of xtend with my last order, so IMO:
Good flavours:
Grape
Orange
Green Apple
Okay flavours:
Raspberry blue
Lemon Lime
Not so good:
Watermelon

hmm, I need a new protein. The one I have does not mix well at all (mutant whey) but it was dirtttttttt cheap.
I wouldn't mind getting some more syntha6 but it has to be local since I operate cash only till I pay off my visa.
