All of Honda Accord's 16" tires are 205/60/16...
The Accord didn't even have OEM 16"s until the 6th gen (1998-2002) and only the higher trim levels had them, all in 205/60.
Same size for all the 7th gens (2003-2007) except for the Hybrid that had 215/60/16s.
The 8th gens (2008-present) only had 215/60/16's on the lowest models; all the higher trims had 17s and 18s.
So to answer your question, none. Mind if I ask why you were asking?

I'm not sure I understood you correctly, but this is what I gathered.
You took 205/45/16 tires, with OEM accord rims, and put them on your civic. Now you're looking for a spare tire, that matches your mystery 205/45/16 tires.
Is this correct?
As stated, Accords never came with 205/45/16 tires. The spare tires are usually donuts and not real road tires.

I don't think Honda would run 205/45/16 on any of their OEM sizes for an Accord...
The rims were probably OEM...but definitely not the tires...

Spare tires (donuts) aren't conventional tires so they don't REALLY depend on tire size. You shouldn't be running on a spare tire for long anyway.
There's some on ebay, 5lug.
Just search Honda Accord V6 spare tire.
The donuts are most likely going to be the same size, so call a Honda dealership. Prepare to be raped though.
