That's the R32.4 thats been posted before. Owner of that car has a done out S13.5 as well. He's pretty well known amongst the Nissan community

That looks to be a R32 converted to a R34. Look at the roofline/rear side window lines. It's way more round on actual R34's.

Saw that blue C63 in downtown the other day. That blue looks like it has a bit of chrome finish in it. It was reflecting light quite a bit.

Hmmm between these two i've got to say the first one looks better, looks kinda like Laguna Seca blue from the E46 M3's  . The second one isnt bad though. IMO
