I'd prefer to have the time move earlier or later. Any date is fine. Either before 5pm so I can draft at work  or after 8:30 so I can do it at home

The draft allows you to pick players (just like any sports draft)
Then we can drop players and pick up a new one throughout the season if there are iinjuries, etc.
As for trading with another User, I think that should be necessary just to avoid ppl trading crazy shit and might even know eachother u know what i mean LOL :P
