^same here. justt before I left fido I called in for the $30 6gb plan they gave it to me without much hassle.
- 6gb data
- call display
- 200 weekday minutes
- unlimited weekends and evenings
- unlimuted text
with credits the bill came to $55 before tax

anyone know if fido has a retentions department or is it all just one because when I call in, they say there is only one department. It seems last time the girl I spoke to was able to modify my plan and bit where this time the guy I spoke with said 55 is the cheapest for my plan and he cannot credit me more.

anyone know if there is still a stupid handset upgrade fee of 25$? I don't to pay that if I renew. I also have 55$ plan same as above posted. That is the lowest they can modify on my account.

Try calling again. i got same as above plus unlimited network fido/rogers for 50

what is included with your plan? is it similar to mine on the bill i posted on the last page? i called three times within the past 2 hours, each rep said its the best they can do to modify my plan since i have credits already.

over the years when i called into retention to renew.. i just ask for a credit and they were able to give it to me, lol
my current plan is on a two year contract. i wouldn't mind signing up for a three year contract if they would lower the cost even more, haha

I had 2 years left on my contract when i haggled for that deal. I didn't bothered to get more seeing that my coworker was basically paying $60 for virtually the same plan. Oh wells, i'm with robbers now

Is there a point in telling Retention that I am looking to switch to Rogers? Since they are basically the same company now?
I got a good corporate plan offer from Rogers, but wouldn't mind staying with Fido if they can match/beat Rogers' plan.
