Spotted this guy at richmond center earlier tonight. From what I can see, i'm guessing this person got rear ended/hit something from behind which caused the trunk to not close properly, so they tied down the trunk lid with a piece of string and attached a bottle of water to weigh it down. Not sure if genius or doing it wrong.
