ripped out my seats, carpet, trim and centre console/parcel shelf. grabbed a few jugs of simple green and a handful of scrubbing brushes and scouring pads. its gonna be a long ass night. also got a few notices from the strata for having a car seat in my parking spot. crumpled that shit up and gave it to the cats to bat around.
cut out some door cards out of 1/4" lexan. have to do the finishing touches before i peel off the protective wrap

Finally got off my lazy ass and started to work on the Z. Had to get up 2 planks of wood just to barely clear my jack, I should really get a low profile jack..
Starting to rip out the interior for some sound deadening. Had insulation in there before but going to cover the interior in fatmat and then put the insulation back on top of it. Adds a bit of weight but I don't mind if the cabin will be a lot quieter. Trying to get a good balance between performance and comfort
Took off my bumper to finally install the intakes that have been lying in my garage for a while. Since the bumpers off, decided to take off my headlights as well. Going to take them apart to swap out the lens and also paint the housing gunmetal Also painting my front strut bar and engine cover, just trying to find a subtle but nice color atm..
Cant tell in this picture but the color of the intake is amazing Love the flakes in the gunmetal paint
Been doing a little bit of work to the teg as well.. not much though.
Installed my ricerwing on it and tinted the rear driver/passenger window. Also got a H emblem that I later on plastidipped a gunmetally color, but didn't get around to taking a picture of it yet
Tried to tint the rear hatch as well but the dot matrix that's like 3 inches long screwed me over so I just gave up and ripped it off..

It's not often that I see a new idea in the car world, but this is one of those times.
Looking forward to seeing the finished product.

Oil change and fuel filter change. And half assed my new turn signal, I had a run in with a snow bank in Hemlock.
Then it started raining and now you can see all the diesel fuel and oil I spilled errwhere. Don't show the hippies!

celica- new all-season pair mounted for my stock wheels. gonna use them in tandem with a pair of winters mounted on the other 2 stock wheels.
to keep the wear level down on the winters, i was thinking to do 3 tire set ups.
- summer tires may-september
- winter rears, allseasons front october/november/march/april
- all seasons rears, winters front december-february ??
mr2 - IT DRIVES after 7 years in storage. kind of scary having the brakes disappear after 15 minutes of driving. i guess there's something wrong there
