A few dozen pages back, there was discussion about the fucked up delinquents in the low-income housing near the golf course. I actually live in one of those complexes and those kids drove me up the wall when me and my family first moved out here in 2009. They're no-hopers, plain and simple. No guidance or discipline in their lives. They used to group in the common area of our complex, always setting off loud-ass fireworks on Halloween, overnight street hockey games, and being an overall nuisance. There was a driveby shooting, a bullet hit one of the doors and the family inside was so distraught they ended up moving.
The area just beyond is quite upscale and low-crime, however.
