Glossifier is too thin by itself it would be like spraying water - it's not meant for a surface that's not already dipped
Better alternative would've been to use PlastiDip Smoke and build it up in layers to darken it. If it's not dark enough after you can use VHT nightshades if you want the blacked out look (if you do this then it's peelable still!  )
Still illegal since you can't have anything covering reflectors iirc, but nevertheless there's always this option

I had my reflectors covered but I used vinyl because I got vinyl that matched my paint (metallic black).

Started with an oil change, checked the plugs and gap, proceeded to do a once over under the car to ensure there are still no leaks. Re and Re rear brakes due to recent noise, found small rock fragment worked into the pads. Removed and roughed up pads and rotors. Finished off with a nice bath and polish.

My butt dyno did feel like there was a difference, in throttle response at least, but it sure made the car sound much more turboey. Placebos are fairly effective on me so who knows.
