I agree with godwin.
Kirin Richmond is the best.
The other Kirins are good, but not even close to the caliber of Kirin Richmond.

The Neptune group of restaurants (Central City, richmond etc) are okay
Kirin Starlight has their own custom BBQ oven, so they have their specialties.
The thing I really don't like about Richmond Kirin is it is a gong show at the front desk. Just the sheer volume of people.

I agree that Richmond Kirin is a gong show.
That is true.
I always reserve a day ahead.
That is really the only way to guarantee a table.
And, they only take reservations for tables for 1:30PM or later, unless you book a few days or more ahead.
Ask for Yuki, one of the 2 main hostesses, and you may get a better table if you ask her about it.
