For now, I just use lotion, udderly smooth cream, in my hair to create a sorta wet look.
Occasionally use Murray's, but hate that thick wax and only lasts a couple hours in my hair, strangely enough.
I'd love to keep that wet/glossy look.

Amazon has it for $10..might be cheaper than buying it here. I even ebayed most of my gatsby stuff from before and saved $10 PER product.

Kevin Murphy products are the best, though I'll admit sometimes I wonder if it's truly worth paying $30+ for a single "tub". Haven't found anything as good which costs less money though.
edit: just read through the rest of the thread...I'm white, if that makes any difference with regards to hair product.

Fantastic product, but yeah I get you on the price. I used to have a hair stylist in my old hometown who gave me a 50% discount and I've stuck with the brand since.

Locally, I think only Aberdeen sells it but it's expensive.
As others said, it's probably cheaper on Amazon or eBay. I got mine from Japan and California, it's so much cheaper there.

They're salon exclusive. More than positive a Vietnamese salon will carry it.

What's wrong with Vietnamese salons? Why would you want to intentionally avoid your own people?

There is nothing racist about the comment myself and Armind made. We didn't state anything negative or discriminative against respective races. I simply said I avoid them. I have my personal reasons.

Any recommendations on hair spray? The hold on my clay isn't that great. I have medium-length hair.

So you neither you and Armind answered the question: Why would you openly avoid your own race/culture? I'm just trying to understand here and I'm sure there are inquiring minds. Help put some perspective into our lives and richen it with your wisdom.
