Yea it's fucking terrible radio right now, part of me wants to turn off the radio to stop supporting them but listening then I just tweet the team/the hosts about mistakes and how brutal they are
Pratt just tries to be his typical antagonist but his opinions aren't even opinions he states them as fact then they get Aaron ward and he goes off on the complete
Opposite opinion on both Kessel and Kassian then they get anther former NHLer and he says the same thing!
So you've got two bozos who don't know wtf they are talking about and then sekeres comes on and backs the NHLers lol fuck it's painful

I think it's a combination of Pratt being the usual antagonist mixed in with his opinions that are sometimes controversial. The guy should really think about what he says before opening his mouth on the radio.
If Pratt was in Kessel's skates and facing John Scott, would he even dare to fight the big guy? It is so easy for the fat ass Pratt to make those comments in the safety of a sports radio studio when you are not the guy who has to face a 6 foot 7, 270 pound goon on the ice.
He's trying too hard to be controversial so that he can help increase Team1040's ratings, and improve his job security. -sort of like a poor man's Howard Stern.
Scott would pummel Pratt to the ice for sure.

Yeah, true enough. I guess I'm thinking more on the extreme side, that I think 4+ games or whatever would be kind of ridiculous. Duncan Keith got 1 for his slash at Jeff Carter's face, so I think 1 would be appropriate here too.

I haven't been keeping up to date with this, but why did the team1040 hire Bro Jake and Pratt?
I feel bad for Rentool (sp?) being moved to 9 pm - midnight especially with a baby on the way.
I recall they also said some other long time radio host was let go from the team.

As for Bro Jake, he's not horrible. Definitely not good, but also not horrible.
Also, Miller vs Bernier was epic. I never thought of Miller as a fighter, but he got in there. Bernier won it though.

The league's disciplinary system for determining the punishment for player infractions is flawed.
Heck, Shanahan should just spin a wheel and choose what kind of punishment comes up at the top of the wheel. Wheel of misfortune.
