I actually welcome the location at WMC. Lots of BBA/etc students studying in that area. And it's relatively close to the library...as oppose to going all the way up to Cornerstone.
Hopefully they open till late too.

The new sub will be at the "middle" part. WMC isn't affected.
Which what also makes this Starbucks a great location too.
Parking service is 'temporary' at the bottom of MBC, 0000 level.
