If the rumours are true i dont really blame him. Look where the team is headed? And all the trades over the last few years indicates that were headed into mediocrity. Unless we make a couple big moves which most likely wont happen, this team is fucked.

So? That's the player's choice, not the owners.

According to that reporter mentioned in the article, Kesler has wanted a trade long before Torts became the coach. Off ice issues?
I don't know what Kesler would want from his coach. Torts has given him tonnes of ice time, one of the highest amounts of playing time per game in the NHL.
