rarely with a "sauce" do i have a problem with the initial burn, it's the prolonged burn i cant stand

Yeah, when I ate a whole ghost pepper the burn was almost unbearable for nearly an hour. I seriously felt high as fuck, but like, bad batch of E high. Sweating, heart racing, dizziness, anxiety, etc.

Went with some co-workers to try the infamous Bobby Wings ... he ended up looking like this after half a wing:
I am a big fan of Spicy Food too but the ones with no flavor and just stabbing pain is no fun. The spicy chicken dish at Red Chicken is really flavourful with lotsa heat. There is also a Szechuan Hot Pot on Granville street called "The Place" ... that gave me volcanic, oily, eruptions for a couple days lol but it was so good!
