i heard/read AV lost the room. i get take any info with a grain of salt, but if thats true...keeping AV here wasn't gonna do us any good

I don't personally buy into that. I feel that the firing of AV was Gillis trying to protect his ass for his own failures. Obviously for Gillis the AV firing didn't work out.

Just because AV is working out fine in NYR doesn't mean he was working out with us anymore.
You guys speak as if he could have brought any team to the conference finals.
