correct call. robben sold it a bit too much, but plus robben had a chance to go down earlier in the match for a penalty but didnt.

The Dutch owned that game after they got scored on, it was much deserved in my opinion. As far as the penalty kick call, obviously he embellished some but no more than what you see in every soccer game lol
