Wonder if it'll sell in 48 hours like ours did....
This ottawa one does look lowered. I see intakes as well. I'd buy a bone stock 1M and leave it stock if it was me.

7800 840ci's in 7 years seems to be well under 1500 per year. As long as the owner was able to prove that less than 1500 were made for the 1995 MY.

I thought ICBC changed the rules and says all models from the same platform in which case he would have to include all 850's as well.
I remember seeing this debate as the 92 GSR's were allowed collector status till they changed the rules and said the GSR is just another trim level for integra's and not a model all on it's own.
