from reading that article cynthia vance's story changed from yep 100% true to i wasn't treated well during a shoot...then - well i believe the gf and finally ya i was at another location when it happened and was told afterwards.
i agree it sounds weird. will wait to see some police reports. surprised police reports weren't posted just accusing tweets.
