For co-op, both local and online, I highly recommend Broforce. It is an 8-bit style platformer with pixelated explosions, and bloody chunks. You play a variety of well-recognized action heroes. My favorite ones are Neo (he knows kung-fu), and MacGuyver (he sets up the bomb). It's 'only' 50% off, but if you have some more presents to buy, then get the 4-pack for $25 bucks, and you have a gift for yourself, too. It will make you yell stuff because being loud is part of the game.

Save 55% on Car Mechanic Simulator 2015 on Steam this game is pretty good; if only working on cars in real life was as easy
