^^ Everyone has different life goals.
I'd rather not have kids until I have my career more sorted out, yet my SO wants kids before a certain age. It gives me some time, but having a deadline sure sucks.
Any hope to you guys is that my uncle and aunt (brother and sister) were both single until their 40's. Now in their mid-50's they are both happily married and enjoying life. Only downside is if you want kids, but women are having those later and later now with modern medicine.

In my opinion society is getting a little bit skewed in priorities. My parents were not wealthy and had three kids. We turned out fine. Comfort is really relevant. I understand some people want a 100k+ salary, a mortgaged property and one or two cars before starting a family. I disagree with that mindset. I don't want to be in my mid thirties before that is all set into place and I'm already comfortable with what I have. Wealth isn't only measured by salary and possession.
That is not to say to pop out a kid when you are in a lot of debt or in a scenario where you can't even take care of yourself BTW.

agreed. when having kids you just make it work. whether you have a high salary or not.
it's not like youll be stuck in one place. during the process it would motivate you to do better to provide as well

I went to my boss' wife's memorial service, today. I gotta say this was the best one I've ever been to. It wasn't a service of mourning. It was a celebration of life. There were a few tears, but a lot of laughs. I didn't know my boss' wife, but after the service I have a good understanding of who she was, and all that she accomplished.

3 more weeks.
Three more works.
3 more weeks.
Then this year of school will be over. Get another piece of paper, and a summer "vacation."
Yet work is supposed to pick up and it'll just end up being a trade off, the bright side? Atleast I'll be getting paid for my "after hours" work.
