Reputable shop/mechanic to inspect used car?
Hi, im planning on buying a 2009 preowned car from Richmond Acura. Does anybody know any shops around the area that do inspections? Thanks

you're buying from an acura dealership. they do their own inspection before they even put the car up for sale..

Yea i know, but how well do they inspect it? Plus the way the dealership got angry when i politely asked if i could inspect the vehicle sketched me out.

so what makes you think they'll let you take it to an indy mechanic for another inspection?

If they can guarantee that it's in good shape and it's a Honda/Acura product, I can't see the car being a problem.

i'll be more concerned if you are buying private. or from a random used car dealership on kingsway. acura richmond has their reputation to maintain. where will you be taking the car to be maintained? i dont want to assume, but you will prob take it back to them for maintenance since you are buying from a dealer
