I have a mackage jacket, i'm 5'5 155 ish and I can fit a small but i do enjoy a medium better because I know i'll be wearing clothes under.
i fear that ur sleeve lengths will be too short.

What's your chest size ? That number correlates to it.
Ssense.ca has good measurements for the Mackage Dixon. You can based it off there.
If it is a leather Jacket, I would size down.
For anything else, TTS. It has a trim fit on the wool jackets I have.
I think you should be ok with a size 36 on the that Dixon Jacket because it has a bit of room on the body for the style of that jacket. It may be tight on the sleeves for you though.
