the above makes this look like a bargain in comparison Porsche 911 (993) - $110000 (Vancouver Island) https://vancouver.craigslist.ca/van/cto/6004020286.html
Quote:
I would like to sell my 1996 Porsche 993 C4S. It is an air cooled car and was purchased new in Vancouver at what was then called MCL Motors (Certified Porsche Dealer). They are now called Porsche Center Vancouver. My car has spent most of its life on Vancouver Island and is kept in my garage until the weather improves, I only drive it on nice days, the only water it sees is when I wash it (usually after every time I drive it).
More about the car.....It is Polar silver metallic, has a clean title, no declarations, nicely optioned with a 6 speed manual transmission, stainless steel door sills, sport suspension package, xenon headlamps, leather interior with hard back seats, heated driver and passenger seats, premium sound system, rear wiper, has 2 sets of wheels, the original turbo twist (In Storage) and a set of Techart wheels presently on the car. My car presently has 113,000 Kilometers on it and is serviced by a certified Porsche mechanic.
I am the fourth owner of this car and although it is 21 years old, the paint still shines like a new car.
I might be interested in taking an interesting trade but am not looking for a project vehicle, I prefer performance vehicles. If this is something that may be of interest to you, I would enjoy hearing back and hearing about what you have to trade.

I don't know a lot about these cars, could possibly be a good project for someone who can DIY. It seems like a fair price for everything included

That silver 993 C4S was sold in Victoria for about 65k in 2012. I think it is insane that anyone would be pay that much.

$13K - too much, or a decent price?
EDIT: Just realized it's a US import.

Just a head up for deal hunters...
2000 Mercedes S430 for $2490
I checked out this car and what the pics don't show is the scraps along the passenger side, drivers seats falling apart, interior detailed with a brillo pad and the check engine light on.
It is a nice parts car don't waste your time
