USADA hasn't stopped steroids, only made it more complicated to get around. If anything it has led to more false positives and brought out more tainted supplements.
It's a lose-lose but people complained about having a "true sport" despite it being lowbrow entertainment, so there you go

He's actually really good though, I think if he never had those weight issues he'd be a contender or even champion a while ago.
As far as the 'tire pumping' goes, they'll push any ethnic fighter that matches a big market that can actually fight. Cain was their guy for Mexico but he kept getting injured. I can see why they want to switch to Kelvin.
