Became a dad about a week ago. Wife had C section, unable to be as mobile as regular delivery. The added workload I do at home, but it is tiring as hell. Lack of sleep sucks. All that is worthwhile holding our baby and watch him sleep in my arms after a bottle of milk.

Managed to negotiate up a brutal co-op work evaluation into something more presentable. Silver lining in the cloud is that the other supervisor is happy to write me reference letters.
Lots of job applying outside of the system to do in the next two weeks.

Beginning to realize that I’m actually not really content with anything in my life right now. Not happy about my relationship, work could be better, my finances are meh, relationship with family is decent at best, my closest friends whom I thought I was close with are seemingly drifting away, I want my Element back but I’m stuck with a Corolla. It’s getting increasingly difficult to sleep at night when there’s a million thoughts swirling around.
