i know that feel, i'm looking for one too. and if they can widen the vertical spout hole at the top and add a screen/catcher so i can remove debris at ground level even better LOL

I had roof issues, so I called RooFix. They fixed some dumb things that the builder of the house did. I got them to clean all the gutters, as well, and they did a good job. They said they can come once a year and check for roof problems and clean the gutters again. I'm happy with them. They take pictures and send them to you showing all the work that has been done.

Getting up on roofs etc is so sketchy
I’ve got a 50’ heavy duty extension ladder sitting in my side yard, just getting it up is a job in itself lol..need those fancy fiberglass ladders

A family friend of ours used Aztec Maintenance for gutter cleaning. $300 for gutter cleaning on a 3800sqft house on the West side. Did a decent job, but they were very flaky with giving a quote and getting a hold of them in general. Would not recommend unless you have lots of patience and time.

coles notes, if you're cleaning your gutters/roof, don't be an ass and let your neighbours know ahead of time, especially in the summer when their windows are opened. no one wants chunky shit water exploded all over the interior of their room or belongings. not a good way to make friends
regarding suggestions, i used clear view home services and they seemed pretty good, professional, and the quote given on their website calculator was honoured. i would use them again. it was about $300 and my roof is pretty high up.
