Anyone been to a ufc gym or exact one ufc gym Richmond bc
What’s pros and cons of the ufc gym
I’m thinking of trying it out
Heard it’s mainly cardio kickboxing than technique kickboxing

Been going for almost two months now and I'm liking it for what I am looking for. It definitely has a focus on cardio as the level of the members are mostly beginners and are looking to get a workout out of it. I think there is a chance it could evolve into more technique as time passes since they are still quite new right now, but the instructors are quite flexible and like to change things up. May be limited because they're a franchise and can only change so much.

hey guys never been to UFC but ive actually debated joining up but when i hear cardio kickboxing i always think of women's classes:
might actually do the adult classes at UFK in richmond since my kids are already going and its a mix of cardio with lots of technique work.
