probably about 2 dozen cop cars passed me and J.C while we were shooting our cars that night and did not hassle us - some just stopped to ask if we're doing OK. Cain & Co. were fast asleep by that time. One of them told me only the traffic team are the ones giving out the majority of VI's - most VPD have more pressing matters to deal with I'm guessing lmao
