There was no tint. He used his flashlight and shone it against a white piece of paper and saw some green and assumed it was tint. His supervisor educated him by comparing to my rears where there was a definite film vs the regular green solar tint on all cars from the factory.

For those of you who remember, there was an Asian guy in Richmond back in the day who drove around in a green Saab 93x convertible (or something along those lines) who blasted his music really loud with the top down. He kept getting tickets from the RCMP for noise violations. Pretty sure the car was stock too.
