Pre-covid I was browsing and saw multiple ~2004 Z4's for under $10k... I was baffled at how cheap it was.
You would have to be under 30 and without kids or over 55 with grown up kids to buy a roadster though.
If I had to pick one car that would be perfect for any stage of life.. ie. single, married w.o kids, married with kids, retired, etc. It would have to be an Audi Sportback. It's the perfect balance between luxury, style, performance, and practicality.
