I'd dare say it's a good change, esp given how conservative politics has dominated Ontario for some time now with awful outcomes. In particular, I hope Chow can usher in a shift in attitude among voters at the provincial level once they see that going a little center left and being progressive is not a bad thing. Doug Ford had been an absolute disaster at Queen's Park, and I can't wait to see him get kicked out from office.

As a Surrey taxpayer can we just move fucking forward. Doug was a crazy mother fucker, Brenda just as crazy like two super villains fighting for who can fuck taxpayers the hardest.
I have to admit I voted Locke only because I could not stomach Dougie that said I wasn't really against the Surrey Police, I think this city is too big to be handled properly by the RCMP and that RCMP goals don't necessarily align with a city this size.

Actually, if Turd had any political smarts or sense, he should use the divorce as the perfect excuse to step back from politics, or at least withdraw from the next PM race.
At this point in the political scene, he is definitely a negative asset to the Liberals Party as far as the next election is concerned. So if he quits the PM race, the Libs would actually have a better chance against PeePee, but it does mean the Liberals would need a fresh face to lead the charge, and I don't think Chrystia Freeland would be that person (since she pissed people off with the unsubscribe to Disney+ / Netflix comment).
