One positive for twitter since Elon Musk took over, is that getting rid of the time limit for videos has been great for porno.

Once they have searchable topics/hashtags and trending content sections I'll be able to fully transition over.

He stutters and doesn't speak very clearly so it's hard to get the exact meaning, but it seems like he wants to introduce a second paid tier for at least new accounts or something... Or for more prolific tweeters while keeping it free for lurkers.
Otherwise it would be pointless in terms of combating bots.
If it's true they only have like 800K paid members out of the hundreds of millions of non bots using the service, I can see him wanting to somehow get people to pay. It's obvious he doesn't care if the whole thing just dies trying.
