Im for sure not, but he should have went all the way. This last minute stoppage because he fears for the safety of fellow Russians is so weak sauce.

Who knows. He could've moved his family to somewhere he thought they would be safe and then Putin may have disclosed their location. It's all speculation, but it had to be worth it to bail so there aren't that many logical possibilities.

Lots of downplaying from Russia's side in terms of damage, but multiple reports have said it's more than just a little damage.
Do we know if Ukraine actually meant to target the dry docks? Or was it just collateral damage?

We don't "know" it as in they don't come out and confirm stuff like this, but yes this was 99% an intentional targeted attack. Hit the boats while they are in dry dock and defenses are low

I'm terribly sad and upset about this war, shocked that it is still going on and lasted this long. I sincerely wish it would end.
But the longer it lasts, the more I feel there are nefarious forces trying to keep it going from the Western side as so much money is poured into artillery, missiles, tanks, bombs, and machinery is constantly sent to Ukraine. Somebody or some people from the West is profiting greatly from this and it would be to these people's advantage that the war goes on longer.
