Hell I was at that mall last winter, it's almost entirely 100% recent immigrant (E and S Asians, Middle Easterners). Parking is a nightmare there even in the middle of a weekday. Not sure what you mean by Jane & Finch, isn't that a majority Black area?

Originally listed in Dec 2022 at $5.2m and now it's down to $4.3m. Assessed at $3.7m, looks like they got really greedy when they first listed it and only now are they priced reasonably. Looks like a pretty nice place, you could hold a meet in that driveway.

Bit weird how there's garages on separate sides of the house.
I've seen that listing before, I Guess it doesn't look that big or nice for $4+. There's lots of similar sized houses in that area for closer to $3-$3.5. it honestly kinda looks cheap with all the garages in the front and no grass. It doesn't look like a $4m+ house

There's Closets by Design in PoCo. I dealt with them a few years back (full disclosure I knew the previous owners) and the materials quality was really good.

We got a quote from them for a fairly basic closet, maybe 7 feet wide, 2.5 feet deep, just wanted some basic shelves and racks for pants, I figured “crazy” would be 4-5k for what we wanted, the quote ended up being like $9000..
I figured I could build the exact same thing custom with ikea peices for under $1200
