Anybody else notice how ulic disappears for awhile but then every few months he returns goes off on what seems like a coke fuelled rampage thru RS?
We are in one of those times right now.

it's only once awhile now because that's how fucking long it takes to get enough content on here for me to reply.
it used to be enough content everyday. like 20 years back. lol.
The most fun part is when I have to flip my keyboard over and shake out the bits of coke. I have to pick out pieces of dust and pubic hair, then I scrape it together and make a victory line

The shareholders voted on it twice now. Why does some judge get to neg on it? And she comments that someone shouldn't need that much money? How is that relevant to the case?
For all the bat shit stuff elon does and says, this pay package dispute is horrid. Just pay the man what he deserves and what was promised to him.
How is his pay package unfair either? It's like if you worked for a company who made $1M a year, and then you promised to 10x that company to 10M a year, and your compensation was $5M after you hit that target, but you wouldn't be paid the $5M until after five years....
How is that unfair? People are crazy.

Let's just assume you're right. He stacked his board.
The shareholders still had to vote on his pay package. And they voted to accept it twice.
They even voted to pass it after all this stuff came to light...
It's crazy that anyone sees a problem with this.
