Yeah I do that every year. She doesn’t like road trips and I don’t like people who don’t like road trips.
Gives me time to unwind and be alone with my thoughts. Usually I don’t even take the fuzzies, but this year without her chihuahua brother to keep her company, it seems like the right thing to do. Plus the old girl hasn’t gone down to Oregon since she was a puppy.
Oh P.s there are new dog importation rules for the USA. You need to fill out this CDC form and submit it before you arrive to the states. Also need to bring with you rabies vaccination certification. Afterwards your doggie is good for 6 month of back and fourth without needing to fill another CDC importation form.
