You won't need a cage once you have an aftermarket catalytic, only an idiot will steal that.
What year CRV? Are you claiming it? ICBC won't pay for OE.

I think it's a 2006. It's not much, but it's reliable and she drives less than 5000km a year. Yes, she had to file a police report and made a claim with ICBC.

Also sounds like a lawn mower when they do it. Had my windows open at 12 am during the summer to cool down the house. Watching TV when I heard it. Neighbor next door had their cat cut off, but I couldn't see it with a hedge in the way.
So if you start wondering who the f is mowing their lawn at 11pm -2am, your neighbor is probably losing a cat.

In his case it was a 6AM cordless angle grinder that did the deed which sounds much worse than a lawnmower. 2nd gen Range Rovers are easy to crawl under apparently.

After a few seasons of track days, my Boxster's factory engine mount finally gave out. To rub salt on the wound, the power steering connector started to leak and that was an expensive repair bill. Ended up replacing the power steering hoses, connectors, and reservoir, including a semi-solid engine mount. (Not recommended for daily driving.)
Car feels amazing!

I used to manage a fleet for a department, and 2 years ago thieves walked into a fenced in compound of a policing related office and cut the cats out of 2 F-250's with policing markings on them in broad daylight.
Crackheads are crazy/brazen as eff.

Those little tiny Allan bolts are the devils play things. Tighten them too far and nope. Lost 2nd gear. Not tight enough ? Well it jutters around like a mofo.

seems to work okay even when its hot. i took it for a long run afterwards and no changes in performance/feel vs when it was cold.
Im sort of glad I didn't use Aria or Overdrive to install it, I doubt they would spend as much time as I did in adjusting the shifter to my own preferences... or they would have charged me a gazillion dollars.
I ordered the finishing touch for this job, a weighted knob
https://raceseng.com/
These dudes are going out of business and their products are on liquidation. Got a knob for 60 USD 50% off regular price.

I thought shift kits usually are more solid with less adjustability for it to not get all loose and fiddly.
Never heard of that company before took a gander nothing really fits me. Just looks like a modern nrg random shift knob and tow hook and lug nuts.

The VW shift kits is a little funny because they have a lot of adjustability due to the way the linkage is laid out. Like hobz said, not too bad except for the fine tuning to your preferences, and getting everything in and out of the damn engine bay because it's buried under the airbox + some other stuff.

Fully agree that the DSG is the better transmission for the GTI/R.

There is no comparison. If you want performance you go with the Dsg. This just for lawls and even then, it only made sense after I install this kit as it finally crisped up the shifts.
If I had to do it all over again…… I’d buy the CTR lawl. But given none are available, I’d still buy my gti with a stick. It just gives me old school vibes. Plus 500 bucks a month !!! You can’t beat the price

You guys don't understand idle hands are the work of the devil and there's no bigger devil than Hobz with idle hands.
He needs the distraction on his commute so he can have micro moments where he stops thinking about what he wants to do to females with big asses.

VW is fuckeddd!!! i got a feeling they wont even be around in 2-3 years time. This ID Buzz is probably going to flame out as the gimmicky infotainment, weirdo electrical problems, and general first-year production issues is gonna sour a lot of potential owners.
Not to mention a loaded up bus is like 100k Canadian (WTF)
