I really hate how Trump is sucking up all the oxygen in the news cycle, but his latest antics on sanctions / tariff plans against Colombia is really turning him into a full villain.
If you are sending a military plane to a foreign country, I dunno why the foreign country is obligated to receive your plane / allow it for landing. Colombia has already said they would welcome the returned migrants on civilian planes.
I really can't wait for Felon 47 to drop out of existence in this world...

Know nothing about Colombia president Gustavo Petro but I like his kahoonz! Pre-emptive 25% on US goods to say eff you Trump !!
What Canada should do is lead a consortium of Mexico, Columbia, Panama, Guatamala, Brazil ... as many North America, Central America, and South America countries as possible to work together and respond with equal tariffs on the US.

It still amazes me how strong of a foothold China has in so many countries. I read that China is Colombia's biggest trade partner, primarily due to exports of minerals and oil. Its fascinating (and a bit ironic) that many countries the US tends to disregard or label as "shitholes" are the ones where China is striking significant trade deal & reaping major benefits in the process. The African continent is another example where China is cleaning up.

There's a house in my neighborhood who owns like 2 Volvo's and a Polestar (obvs huge fan of Swedish cars), and also has hung a German flag outside their house. They also have a manual mustang and a Focus RS. A few of them have Sea of Thieves bumper stickers .
Anyway, this guy(family also has two very aggressive huge St Bernards one of which ran towards and lunged aggressively at one of my dogs once.
Sounded just kinda coincidental.
