Yea for sure really, I know a few builders on the west side renovating 3000-4000 sq ft homes albeit on the water but they are total gut jobs at 20 million purchase. To get a 6500 sq fr penthouse for 21 is crazy

When you realize the other sub penthouse units were just for their security/staffers, it really puts it in perspective the wealth involved.

You know they probably are the richest people in the world. As they have access to the govs money, and if they need more they can just pump more oil unlike us. It doesn't even need to be in your name, but they have access and full control of it. They can't sanction it if the owner isn't you.

I was talking to just a regular Ex-pat who was packaged to work in Saudi Arabia.
Before he left, he was making say 100k, to go to Saudi, his salary was 7X + no tax with full wife, kid, moving expenses etc... (packages are very rare now), but danggg. This is just a finance role ......
