ICC doesn't have an enforcement arm. The country of the citizen needs to make an arrest and Duterte merely fell on the wrong side of the current administration. Sitting leaders (Putin, Bibi) won't ever face justice as long as they are in office.
Trump won't ever see the inside the court either. He's aiming to die in office I suspect. Also the US does not recognize the ICC and will actively block any attempts at enforcement on it's citizens. Even going so far as Military action against the Hague

Philippines is such a shit show of corruption, I'm actually surprised Duterte is getting extradited given his daughter is the Vice President.
I figure this is just Bong Bong consolidating power, taking over government further by kicking out the Duterte's.

Now that you mentioned it, I remember the Philippine president and VP having a major clash last year, with the VP saying she will send people to assassinate the president and his family if she was attacked / harmed. So the prez and the VP definitely weren't getting along well.
I guess this is just the way Bongbong Marcos is sticking it to the VP daughter?

How long did you wait though? Last time I went I was there for like 30mins. Chicken is good, but to wait 30mins, not ideal.

I went there pretty late around 8, so it was dead. Waited maybe 10 minutes, fuck it was freezing in there. I guess running the heater takes away from that chicken profit

its actually totally normal for LA chicken to throw in an extra piece.
i havent been in like a good decade but back when i used to live nearby, at least 75% of the time you would get extra.

So my pops is in VGH recovering from a big surgery.
I was successful in having Uber Eats delivered to him this morning. I didn't know you could do such a thing, but yes, just FYI, you need to have the delivery person go straight to their ward and drop it off in person. Cannot leave it at reception.

So he complained me to this morning saying that the food sucks and he's starving. I said he will likely have to wait it out because there isn't anything good at 9am in the morning, but he said he wanted junk food.. (right after a big surgery, due to clogged ateries too!!!)  I told him this trash will send him to the grave, but he's like FUCK IT!!! i rather die eating trash
old man doesn't give a flying shit about anything... i guess I'm exactly like him.
