You call me an idiot, yet you have no idea how much fun and joy I've had working 1 hour a day for so long, making so much easy money, I had the gas pedal of life to the floor for 15+ years and it was fucking epic!

Even the quitting porn and doing senior caregiving and working a 9-5 job was spec-fucking-tacular in its own way, giving perspective and a break from the easy life. Lots of huge personal growth.

I regret nothing, life has been amazing with a rough patch during and after COVID.

Will be posting the pics of myself living the good life again soon! Maybe I'll even see ya'll at a car meet someday.

I think that the narcissist Trump wants that photo op and bigger media coverage of his peace talks with Zelensky prior to the Pope’s funeral.

It’s partly for show and good optics for Cheeto to have pictures taken of him and Zelensky inside St. Peter’s Basilica in the Vatican to show him as the “peacemaker”.

News is saying that Zelensky literally cannot do that because it is not in his power as President to make that decision. I don't remember all the details required, but I seem to think it needs to go through a referendum first, after which it gets approved by their Parliament.

Ukraine is under martial law right now. So no elections for the time being.

It is also one of Russia's wishes to have Zelensky ousted so that a Russia-backed puppet can be elected into the presidency.

The biggest problem is -- if Trump leads the US into legally recognizing Crimea as part of Russia, that sets a really, REALLY bad example in the international community where the motto basically becomes "might makes right". The rule-based international order that the World has largely operated on since WW2 will no longer be a thing. Eastern European countries will start freaking out, as will Japan and maybe also Korea. China will emboldened and Taiwan will freak out as well. Maybe we (Canada) will also need to freak out as well.
