I was always under the impression that hobz is one of those who built a fully equipped home gym but still pays for gym membership just to watch chicks.

I got Burdock & Co booked for our anniversary dinner.
You guys ever heard of this place? its michelin starred (1 star) but ive never heard of it, or tried it. Not sure if its as good as published on main (just a few blocks away from this place) but it should be interesting to try their tasting menu.

havent been there but i have been to maenam and some other 'high end' thai places. my fav thai restaurant by far is longtail in new west. it's owned by the guy from maenam but its more casual. the food quality is excellent and the prices are totally average.

I've been finding that reviews and google maps ratings does not correlate well with my personal review of many restaurants. Lunch Lady has all the hype and I found it mediocre at best. Went to a pasta/pizza place last night in North Van on Lonsdale with a high google maps rating and it was trash.
